The Zhang lab at the MRC-LMB in Cambridge is recruiting a motivated PhD student to work on transcription-coupled RNA splicing. We use a combined approach of structural biology (mainly cryo-EM), endogenous isolation, biochemistry and functional assays. Some of our recent work here:
