InstructApplications are invited for a Project Assistant to join our Instruct-ULTRA project team, we are looking for a motivated and organised individual with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills. Reporting to the Instruct-ULTRA project manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a variety of tasks. The Instruct-ULTRA is a European project with sixteen universities partners in the field of Structural Biology which runs until December 2020. We are looking for a strong administrator to assist in the completion of key project tasks. There will be opportunity to receive appropriate training within the role, and you will gain experience of working on a large European project.
You will have minimum GCSE’s (Grades A - C) in Maths and English, or equivalent. You should be fluent in spoken English, with strong written and communication skills. You will have an eye for detail and will have the ability to prioritise a varied workload and deadlines using your own initiative with minimal supervision. It is essential that you have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft office.
The position is fixed-term until 31 December 2020 and is funded by the European commission.
