Instruct
Instruct PartnerNew advances in fragment screening, AI and cryo-EM are rapidly transforming the field of structure-based drug discovery.
As part of the Fragment-Screen project, EMBL, ESRF and Instruct-ERIC are organising a workshop on Advances in Fragment Screening and Structure-Based Drug Discovery on January 28th and 29th, 2027 at the EPN Campus in Grenoble, France.
This workshop will convene representatives from academia, industry and fragment-screening facilities across Europe and beyond to discuss recent advances in structure-based drug design. Topics will include new technologies X-ray and NMR-based fragment screening, AI and Cryo-EM in drug design among others, as well as access opportunities at academic facilities.
The conference will explore how the Fragment-Screen project has developed new technologies and workflows in structural biology and drug discovery, and outline technologies that can be accessed through Instruct.
Registration deadline: Thursday 26 November 2026
