The department of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Stony Brook University has an open position for a tenure-track Assistant Professor focused on biochemistry and structural biology. 

 

They are specifically seeking candidates who study mechanistic problems in biological systems at the level of molecular structure, interactions, and dynamics. Stony Brook has an in-house Talos Arctica equipped with a Falcon 4i detector, and we are located in close proximity to a Titan Krios for high-end data collection and cryo-FIB for tomography at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
