Applications are invited for a predoctoral position within Prof. Miquel Coll’s group at the Fundació Institut de Recerca Biomèdica (IRB Barcelona) to work on the Project “Structure of protein-DNA complexes and molecular machines”. Our Institute is recognized as a "Severo-Ochoa" Centre of Excellence and is located in the stimulating scientific and cultural environment of the Barcelona Science Park.
The position would be funded by the MINECO (Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad) and would cover a 4-year period.
Candidates should be in a position to be enrolled or accepted on a doctoral program in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Physics, Medicine, Chemistry or related areas at the time of the application. Previous experience working in a lab, a good level of English and ability to work in a team would be desirable.
